Favorite Word: Passeggiata

Passeggiata, from Italian. Meaning a leisurely walk or stroll. A group of people is depicted walking underneath the English definition, all smiling

Passeggiata

I like this word because it is one of my favorite aspects of Italian culture, that is, evening strolls. It reminds me of my time in Italy, walking around all over without necessarily always having a destination, but merely for the pleasure of seeing new sights. It was a breath of fresh air.
