I'm not aware of an English equivalence. It's a filler word used at the end of a sentence, most commonly after a command. It's used with a tone of annoyance. I like this word because my family and I use it in English also. You can use it when you're mad, annoyed, excited, impateint, e.g., "Stop, marre!" "Go, marre!" "Come here, marre!" "Yes, marre!"
