The Global New Left in Documentary and Drama
Join us for The New Left in Documentary and Drama, a film series that explores the New Left movements of the 1960s and 1970s and their representation in mainstream media. The series starts in Chicago with the Chicago Film Group's documentary The Murder of Fred Hampton (1971, dir. Howard Alk). Upcoming screenings focus on films from Germany, France, and Japan.
Part 4: A Detour through Palestine to Japan
